Organizations that stick with the non-subscription version of Office do so, among other reasons, because they want a stable version rather than one that changes with every set of updates that MS pushes out, and are willing to forego the newly added features They've also released the occasional new bugs along the way (these get corrected VERY fast, but they still chew on our ankles while we wait for the next monthly update). Wouldn't have been released until the next major version update a couple of years later. In the last year, MS has released probably a dozen new features, things that in previous versions The subscription version has brought something entirely new to the Office table: it allows MS to provide regular updates including some that bring new features. I completely understand your frustration, but the "half full" version of the same problem is this: Depending on where you sit, the glass may appear half full or half empty.
